Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, we will send an email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 – 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Tinyterrors™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the package condition.
